PaAS MK2 amplification system
The optional PaAS MK2 amplification system offers powerful, high-fidelity sound, and can be connected wirelessly to your Pa5X arranger using the Smart Connect system. It can also be used with previous models, such as the Pa4X, Pa3X or Pa3XLe, in which case the speaker output will depend on the model to which the system is connected. You'll get the highest power and clearest sound when the PaAS MK2 is connected to a Pa5X.
With the Pa5X, you can choose a different Waves MaxxAudio® mastering preset for the audio and headphone outputs, or for the PaAS MK2 speaker system itself. Each of the separate Waves presets contains settings for a full 7-band parametric EQ and for the MaxxAudio® suite. Settings can be different for each of the outputs, the line output or the PaAS speaker system.
This is ideal for using the PaAS MK2 as an independent monitoring system on stage or at home. You can set the output level, EQ and MaxxAudio® values for the PaAS MK2, while the main outputs and headphone output use a different preset.
