Unmatched versatility for all your audio sources The MZR-804 is a true audio Swiss Army knife, capable of mixing and distributing a wide selection of audio sources to different points of a store, hotel, conference room or place of worship. 6 line inputs, including 2 switchable phono inputs, allow for the connection of various audio sources, ranging from CD players to turntables, radio tuners or any other stereo source. Each channel has a dedicated gain potentiometer and fader to precisely adjust the level of each input. The 2 microphone channels, with their global 3-band equalization and dedicated level, are ideal for making announcements in the general broadcast, especially thanks to the presence of an individually adjustable talk-over on the main output and on each zone to prioritize voice. You can easily reduce the music level on the desired zone to broadcast an important announcement. To easily broadcast music from a mixing console or smartphone, the MZR 804 features an FOH input in TRS jack format, and a 3.5 mm AUX input on the front panel.
4 independent zones, 4 different ambiances Each zone output of the MZR-804 has a complete signal control and routing interface, allowing you to create distinct sound atmospheres for each space.Each zone channel has an XLR and Eurobloc output, a 2-band equalizer, a 100 Hz high-pass filter and a level limiter to precisely adjust the audio output for many types of environments. To finely control microphone announcements in each zone, each output has a talk-over attenuation adjustment and a microphone activation button. On the front panel, each zone has a volume, source, and headphone pre-listen control. To sound an area with all mixed sources, the main output offers a pair of XLR jacks doubled with an unbalanced RCA and Eurobloc, a 3-band equalizer, a limiter, and a talk-over attenuation control.
A system designed for public spaces The MZR-804 is equipped with a dedicated emergency input which, when receiving a signal, automatically cuts off the current broadcast to give priority to an alert message in the broadcast system. In addition, the talk-over function of the microphones allows you to temporarily interrupt the music or announcements in progress to give priority to a microphone announcement, for example for an urgent communication, or for a simple communication without having to change the channel level.
