Description
AKG reinvents the legendary D12 with the D12VR model, specially designed for Live sound or big -cutting studio and serious instruments.
The D12VR has an ultra end diaphragm integrated in a capsule of new generation, offering high performance in low frequencies. Without a ghost diet, the D12VR delivers a precise and linear sound, faithful to the sound source. Used with a ghost supply, the three switches of the built -in active filter allow you to quickly adapt the microphone to the type of flesh -fattered sound desired.
to keep the vintage particularity of the microphone, the output s' Performs through the original transformer of the famous AKG C414 microphone from the 1970s. The D12VR thus provides vintage or modern sounds depending on the type of production.
The integration of? An electronic filtering system active in this dynamic microphone is unique and protected by an AKG patent. The filter works according to the principle of an analog calculator coupled with a transformer. The frequencies to be treated are thus directed to a filter circuit before adding to or evade the useful signal of the transformer. Thus, the differences between the charging impedances are always compensated, allowing to obtain a sound always perfect regardless of the connected audio device. The sound result is particularly impressive in the presence of high signals, which allow the transformer to demonstrate all its qualities.
