Ibanez Artcore AMH90 Electric Guitar For over a decade, Ibanez has continued to drive the hollowbody market with a wide range of models from semi-hollow rock hybrids to traditional jazz boxes. The Artcore Expressionist line is a new chapter in the Artcore story.
The Expressionist difference? Jazz fans will recognize the original Ibanez Super 58, the favorite pickup of George Benson, Pat Metheny and John Scofield on their own Signature models. A favourite among jazz players, but as funk guitarist Eric Krasno has proven, Super 58s perform well in a variety of situations. Switching System
When the pickup selector switch is in the neck position, the neck pickup is selected. When the selector switch is in the middle position, both neck and bridge pickups are selected. When the switch is in the bridge position, the bridge mic is selected.
If the Neck Tri-sound switch is in the Neck position, the neck pickup is in parallel mode. If the switch is in the middle position, the neck side of the neck pickup is selected. If the switch is in the bridge position, the neck mic is in serial mode.
Controls
When the guitar is held in the playing position, the button closest to the end of the body is the tone button. The knob closest to the neck is the volume knob.
