The NT2-A carries with it the tradition forged by the legendary NT2 from RØDE. Professional studio microphone with a large capsule (1 inch), the NT2-A has a position dial for directivity, a high-pass filter selector and an attenuation pad. All are ideally located on the body of the microphone.
At the heart of NT2-A is the HF1 capsule, designed and manufactured in Australia. The frequency response of this new transducer was created to perfectly adapt to the recording techniques used today while evoking the silky and soft character of legendary microphones from the 50s and 60s.
The NT2-A control variables allow you to choose between an Omnidirectional, 8 or Cardioid polar pattern. The high-pass position filter offers a choice of flat response, 80Hz or 40 Hz. Finally, the microphone attenuation pad can vary between 0 dB, -5dB and -10dB. The NT2-A is delivered with a flexible pouch and a M2 micro clamp.
