Description
The Kali Audio WS-12 subwoofer is the most powerful studio subwoofer available under $ 1,000. It is designed for use with any near or medium field studio monitor, as well as small portable PA systems in a live setting.
One of the main design features of the WS-12 is that it is able to handle bass in a 5.1 system where all full range speakers are Kali IN-8s. As such, the WS-12 is powered by a 1000W power amplifier coupled to a 12 inch high excursion driver.
This great power also makes the WS-12 a powerful live subwoofer. Its case is made of 18mm plywood and it has handles for easy carrying. The Kali team made sure it will fit small passenger cars, so you can take it with you even when you call a cab to your concert!
All this power is controlled by a robust and user-friendly DSP section that allows you to set the exact parameters you need for your system. Whether you use it with a pair of LP-6s, as bass management in a 5.1 system, or on stage with a PA, it's easy to configure the WS-12 to get exactly what you need.
