The LS300 is equipped with two humbucker pickups with higher output levels than conventional single-coil pickups. By design, these pickups are also less sensitive to « hum » and interference from other electrical equipment in the vicinity of the instrument. Each pickup has its own volume and tone control, while the 3-position selector lets you choose bridge pickup (for more aggressive tones), neck pickup (for more generous bass), or a mix of the two in the center position.
