A simple and effective classic for mobile voice recording
Designed to meet the needs of "field" recording, the ATR3350 positions itself as an accessible and reliable solution within the Audio-Technica lavalier microphone range. Its goal is clear: to provide clean and understandable voice reproduction without complex setup, for video recordings and educational uses where speed and discretion are paramount.
For whom, and in what uses?
The Audio-Technica ATR3350 lavalier microphone is aimed at videographers, journalists, content creators, and speakers who need a discreet microphone to clip onto clothing. It is also ideal for dance, aerobics, or sports instructors: the omnidirectional pattern captures the voice consistently, even in motion, which helps maintain clear instructions during a class or demonstration.
Key features for smooth sound capture
Electret omnidirectional capsule: stable and natural voice
Thanks to its condenser (electret) capsule and omnidirectional pickup pattern, the ATR3350 captures voice around the capsule with high tolerance to orientation changes. Result: more consistent diction when the speaker turns their head or moves, a real asset in filming, interviews, and demonstrations.
Designed for video and home recording
Its 3.5 mm mini-jack and long 6-meter cable facilitate connection to many cameras and home recording solutions, while maintaining a comfortable distance between the speaker and the device. The easy-to-use on/off switch allows quick muting of the microphone between takes.
Included accessories for immediate use
The lapel clip ensures a clean and stable attachment, while the foam windscreen helps reduce wind noise and light rubbing sounds. The included battery allows you to start right away, ideal for shoots and performances where every minute counts.
