An M-II Designed for Performance in the E-II Range
The E-II M-II continues the line of modern performance-oriented guitars: a Super-Strat crafted for stage and studio, where playability, tuning stability, and sonic efficiency come first. This version combines an original Floyd Rose vibrato with the Fishman Fluence Modern universe, a combo especially appreciated for precise saturated tones and ultra-tight rhythms.
Who Is This E-II M-II For?
This 6-string electric guitar is mainly aimed at intermediate to advanced guitarists seeking low action, comfortable access to the high frets, and impeccable tuning stability-even with heavy vibrato use. It excels in modern metal, hard rock, prog, fusion, and all styles demanding a defined high-gain sound, while remaining capable of clearer and more delicate tones thanks to the push/pull split feature.
The Sound
The alder body provides a natural balance: present mids, even response, and an ideal foundation for modern high-definition pickups. The construction with a 3-piece maple neck-through promotes a seamless feel under the fingers and excellent stability, with generous sustain and fast attack. The ebony fingerboard enhances precision and clarity, particularly appreciated on fast riffs and alternate picking passages.
Regarding pickups, the Fishman Fluence Modern ceramic at the bridge stands out with tight lows, sharp highs, and a very clean saturation response, perfect for palm mutes and tight rhythmic playing. The Fluence Modern Alnico at the neck offers a rounder, singing response for leads while maintaining great clarity. The active electronics, 3-position selector, and volume with push/pull coil split allow quick transitions from a wall of gain to more open and cutting textures.
Recommended Compatible Accessories
To complete your setup without compatibility issues: a 6.35 mm instrument jack cable, a tuner (pedal or clip-on), a universal guitar stand, and a selection of plectrums suited to your attack style. The case is included for transport and protection.

Questions frequently asked
Is the ESP M-II E-II FR Snow White suitable for modern metal?
The Fishman Fluence Modern active pickups combine a ceramic humbucker at the bridge and an Alnico model at the neck. This configuration delivers a defined high-gain response, suitable for tight rhythms and palm mutes.
Does the original Floyd Rose keep tuning stability on this guitar?
The original Floyd Rose tremolo is paired with Gotoh tuners and a 3-piece maple through-neck. This design is intended to maintain tuning stability during extensive use of the tremolo.
