A Portable Kawai Designed for Home, Lessons, and Stage
Part of the renowned "ES" series, the Kawai ES60 aims for a balance between compactness, playing realism, and versatility. It is intended for demanding beginners as well as mobile musicians seeking a reliable instrument for practicing at home, accompanying lessons, or performing in small ensembles.Keyboard Design
The Responsive Hammer Lite (RHL) action features graded hammers, a weighted touch across 88 keys, and hammer sensors for precise velocity detection. The reduced mechanical noise and weight balance by zone bring the feel closer to that of a grand piano while maintaining exemplary portability.Sound Quality
The Harmonic Imaging (HI) sound source reproduces the nuances of the "Shigeru Kawai SK-EX" concert grand piano. Transitions from pianissimo to fortissimo remain natural, supported by a 192-note polyphony and 17 voices (acoustic/electric pianos, organs, strings, harpsichord, bass). The 2 x 10 W system powers two 12 cm upward-facing speakers for a wide and direct sound field.Built-in Effects
The ES60 includes essentials to shape your tone: reverb for space and equalization (EQ) to adapt the sound foundation to your repertoire or room.Technical specifications
